SuperMagnetMan's Super Cone Magnets. These neodymium magnets concentrate the magnetic flux to small areas, thus creating tips with Gauss readings more than 6,000 for the small cones and more than 8,500 Gauss for the 2 inch cones.
Note: It goes without saying, but I will say it again anyhow - all neodymium magnets are extremely fragile and you should not subject them to any treatment that you would not do to your fine china plates.
